Content Creator and Digital Presence Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional to lead content creation and manage the digital presence of Endeavor Greece. The role combines photography, video production, social‑media strategy and website oversight to showcase Greek innovation and our entrepreneurs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and produce photo and video material that highlights Greek startups, Endeavor events and founders both locally and abroad.
• Act as creative director on larger projects, guiding partner agencies through concept development to final execution.
• Design and launch visually compelling campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, staying ahead of platform trends.
• Build and maintain reporting automations for social‑media performance, digital advertising and newsletter metrics.
• Oversee agency collaborations on digital ad campaigns and email newsletters, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Maintain and regularly update the Endeavor Greece website, working with copywriters and digital agencies on visual redesigns.
• Manage relationships with innovation partners, develop content strategies for collaborations and identify new networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong passion for entrepreneurship and the tech ecosystem, especially in Greece.
• Willingness to travel frequently and attend events domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
