Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Community Manager to own and grow the social media presence of our multinational clients. You will craft clever, strategic content and foster genuine conversations that reflect each brand’s personality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the social media channels of global brands with a consistent voice.
• Develop and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos across platforms.
• Interact with audiences in comments, direct messages, and hashtag communities.
• Identify emerging trends early and propose timely content ideas.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute campaigns.
• Help brands sound human and relatable while meeting brief requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on community management or social media experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for handling active comment sections.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms and what works on each.
• Proven ability to build and nurture online communities.
• Awareness of digital culture and adaptability to algorithm changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter platforms.
• Advanced editing and content creation skills.
