Campaign Optimization Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and optimize digital campaigns to meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Participate in media‑plan design, ensuring alignment of channels, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Design audience segments and run A/B tests, leveraging new formats to improve the campaign‑to‑conversion journey.
• Analyze performance data, produce reports and turn insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and propose best‑practice improvements for media efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or IT (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum five years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management.
• Experience in energy, technology, telecommunications, banking or agency environments is advantageous.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360.
• SEO/SEM principles and audience‑strategy techniques (custom audiences, remarketing, lookalikes).
• Tagging, UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, data‑governance practices.
• Brand safety, ad verification, attribution models.
• GDPR and data‑privacy knowledge.
• Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI.
