Business Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Business Account Manager to drive revenue growth within the Greek manufacturing and retail sectors. The role focuses on expanding Huawei Enterprise solutions across public and private customers, building strong relationships, and delivering end‑to‑end sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly quota and generate new business leads in the Greek market.
• Develop and execute business plans for new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline from prospecting to post‑sales support.
• Provide accurate competitive intelligence and deep knowledge of Huawei Enterprise solutions.
• Establish and nurture partner relationships to co‑create sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven account management or sales experience in Greece, preferably with retail or manufacturing customers.
• Strong understanding of the ICT industry and experience managing large projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
