Bulgarian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece’s multicultural team in Athens as a Bulgarian‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers of leading global brands, delivering memorable support through calls, emails, and live chats.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live‑chat interactions in Bulgarian.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Build trust‑based relationships through clear, interactive communication.
• Achieve personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and ability to understand diverse behaviours.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong written skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
