Customer Service Call Agent

About the role

Ethniki Asfalistiki is seeking a Call Agent to join its Customer Service team in Athens. You will provide high‑quality support to existing policyholders, handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, email and live chat. The role demands strong communication, a customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
• Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Perform back‑office support tasks as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility to handle various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Customer‑centric attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• No pending military obligations for Greek male citizens.
