About the role
TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Turkish/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class support through voice, chat, and email. The role focuses on technical‑based assistance, ensuring accurate and efficient service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Participate in team initiatives, provide feedback, and support colleagues to drive departmental success.
- Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Turkish (C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) – both speaking and writing.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using external support systems and handling email and phone communications.
