Bilingual German/English Client Service Associate

About the role

Guidepoint is seeking a bilingual German/English Associate to join its Client Service team in Athens. You will act as a bridge between clients and subject‑matter experts, helping clients obtain fast, high‑quality insights for their business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new experts for Guidepoint’s network of over 1.25 million advisors.
• Screen experts to ensure suitability for specific client projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams in London and Düsseldorf to develop expert‑matching strategies.
• Leverage LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and internet research to source top talent.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified experts and manage outreach communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous internship, volunteering or extracurricular experience.
• Strong desire to work in a KPI‑driven sales/lead‑generation environment.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting and work both independently and collaboratively.
