About the role
Provide world‑class, accurate and efficient customer service in Danish and English across voice, chat and email channels, meeting performance metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical‑based assistance via phone, chat, and email.
- Participate in team initiatives, share feedback, and support colleagues to drive departmental success.
- Problem‑solve and think critically to resolve customer issues.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Danish (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
- Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to process changes, and undergo background screening.
Required skills
- Technical support experience.
- Proficiency with external systems, PC‑based internet applications, and Microsoft Office.
