Back Office Receptionist

About the role

The Back Office Receptionist will support the After Sales department of a leading automotive retailer. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct telephone calls from customers and partners.
  • Schedule appointments for sales and after‑sales services.
  • Provide secretarial support, including data entry, filing and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s databases.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

  • University degree (any field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role; automotive experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
