Assistant to Project Sales Manager

About the role

LAKIOTIS S.A. seeks a highly organised and proactive Assistant to support the Project Sales Manager and ensure smooth daily operations of the Project Sales Department. This role blends administrative duties with active participation in project coordination, sales activities, and internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Project Sales Manager’s daily schedule, correspondence, meetings and pending actions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders and commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate customer, project and activity records in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor project progress, delivery schedules and required follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, suppliers and internal departments.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and supporting materials for meetings.
• Record meeting minutes and track completion of agreed actions.
• Support the efficient organisation and daily operation of the Project Sales Department.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience supporting a senior manager or commercial department.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Previous experience with ERP and CRM systems is a strong advantage.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Professional communication, discretion and accountability.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
