Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse portfolio of lifestyle clients, including fashion, food & beverage, architecture, and hospitality. You will drive client satisfaction, support strategic marketing initiatives, and contribute to the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for client project requirements, addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to secure ongoing partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and internal teams to craft strategic marketing plans and monitor KPI achievement.
• Upsell and cross‑sell agency services based on a deep understanding of the offering.
• Maintain accurate client records, track contract updates and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries, ensure services align with budgets and needs.
• Manage social media community engagement and posting schedules.
• Create marketing plans, presentations, and copy‑writing materials such as press releases.
• Produce progress reports for clients and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar account management role.
• Relevant marketing education.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
• Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Established connections with key media outlets.
