Account Director – PR & Integrated Communications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded PR Account Director to lead integrated communications programmes for a portfolio of high‑profile brands. The role combines senior client advisory, team leadership, and the translation of business objectives into impactful PR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic brand PR and integrated communications programmes.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
• Provide strategic counsel to shape brand narratives, campaigns and engagement activities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day account management, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with specialist teams across earned, owned and social channels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance, visibility and reputation.
• Lead, mentor and develop account teams, fostering effective collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and budgets efficiently.
• Contribute to new business development through brainstorming, proposal creation and pitch presentations.

Required profile

• University degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of PR experience, with substantial agency background and a strong focus on consumer and brand PR.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering strategic communications campaigns for brands.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, cultural trends and the role of PR in building brand relevance.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong client‑servicing, communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrated people‑management experience leading high‑performing teams.
• Independent, initiative‑driven with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and experience in budget management.
