Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet employees and visitors warmly and manage access badges.
• Direct clients to the appropriate services and areas within the premises.
• Organise client welcome logistics: order taxis, book travel tickets, arrange hotels and restaurant reservations.
• Book transport and accommodation, and reserve corporate vehicles for employee travel.
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and manage telephone calls.
• Perform first‑level equipment maintenance (printers, postage meter) and coordinate with external maintenance providers.
• Order and manage supplies related to office equipment.
• Stamp, receive and dispatch mail and parcels.
• Take inventory of supplies and keep the reception and common areas clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level); additional language is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management, social and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite.
