About the role

Join the Mercedes‑Benz Customer Experts team in Greece and become the primary point of contact for Polish‑speaking customers. You will represent one of the world’s most respected automotive brands, delivering seamless assistance through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Polish and English.
• Provide product and service information, offering expert advice on car‑related topics.
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Turn each interaction into a satisfied, loyal customer.

Required profile

• Fluent Polish with strong written and spoken English.
• Passion for automobiles.
• At least 6 months experience in customer support (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset and quick learning capability.
