About the role

Join a multinational team in Athens as a Czech‑speaking Search Engine Customer Expert. You will become a digital specialist through intensive training and help entrepreneurs improve their online visibility on the world’s leading search platform.

Key responsibilities

• Complete product training to become a digital expert on Google tools.
• Consult businesses on reputation management and search‑engine insights.
• Assist clients in enhancing their online presence across Google Search.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Promote related Google products to existing customers when required.

Required profile

• Fluent Czech with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using desktop computers, internet applications and Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Maps.
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Understanding of Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
