Receptionist – Front Desk & Facilities Support

About the role

Foundever is looking for a professional, customer‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and clients at its Athens site. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting security, facilities, and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, register, and direct visitors, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Answer, forward, and log incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about office hours and location.
• Maintain visitor logs, monitor access control, and collaborate with security staff to enforce protocols.
• Coordinate with cleaning personnel to keep common areas tidy and conduct regular quality inspections.
• Handle incoming packages, equipment, and mail, and manage conference‑room scheduling.
• Log facilities issues, follow up on remedial actions, and support on‑site hospitality initiatives.
