About the role

TP Greece is seeking fluent French speakers to join its international customer support team. You will work in a multicultural environment, assisting customers of leading global brands through phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly assistance to French‑speaking customers.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Fluency in French and strong command of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
