French Speaking Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a native or fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills to join our French Customer Support team in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Advisor you will provide top‑tier assistance to customers across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate, complete information following established procedures.
• Own each customer query and ensure timely resolution.
• Build courteous, friendly relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed service quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Contribute to a memorable customer experience and follow management direction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2/C1 level).
• Intermediate English (minimum B2) – both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn, investigate and resolve issues.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Residency in Greece.
