Warehouse Operator – Greece Distribution Centre

About the role

The Warehouse Operator will manage the flow of goods in our Greece Distribution Centre, ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO quality standards. You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, shipping and returns while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trucks using a forklift and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Store materials in designated locations and update the inventory system.
• Prepare picking lists, collect items, perform double‑checks, generate delivery notes and pack shipments for transport.
• Label and ship orders, positioning pallets for carriers.
• Conduct daily inventory checks, remove expired items and relocate products as required.
• Handle customer returns, inspect quantity and quality, and coordinate with Customer Service.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized and fully operational.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for future needs.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
