Warehouse Clerk (Data & Package Handling) - Koropi

About the role

UPS is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to act as Import Operations Warehouse Clerk at its main facility in Koropi. The role covers data handling, reporting and operational administration, working from 04:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and process operational reports for the Import Operations team and other business departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
• Handle package-related administration.
• Liaise with internal departments to support reporting and operational requirements.
• Provide operational support and cover for warehouse personnel when required.
• Perform general operational and administrative tasks according to business needs and workload priorities.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education qualification.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation or similar operational environment is considered an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in Greek and English.
• Team-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Access.
