Travel Agent – Payouts (Athens)

About the role

Etraveli Group is looking for organized and detail‑oriented Travel Agents to join its Payouts team in Athens. You will work in the back‑office, handling refunds and financial transactions for millions of flight bookings worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process refund queues from GDS, low‑cost carriers and BSP links.
• Prioritise and execute payouts to end customers using internal systems.
• Monitor and control pending payouts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate with airlines and service providers to resolve issues.
• Analyse workflows and propose automation or optimisation solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to clear backlog and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism, Business Administration or a quantitative field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and persistently meet deadlines.
• Legal right to work in the Athens office.
