TechYourFuture Graduate Program – Technology & Assurance

About the role

The TechYourFuture program is a two‑year graduate pathway designed for recent graduates who are passionate about technology but do not hold an IT degree. Participants will work within PwC Greece’s Assurance teams, applying emerging Microsoft technologies to real audit projects while building a strong technical foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit engagements by leveraging data analytics, AI and cloud tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in cybersecurity and IT security assessments for client environments.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to design and deliver integrated audit solutions.
• Contribute to the standardisation and simplification of audit processes.
• Provide technical insights on information security, risk governance and IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a non‑IT field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• 0‑2 years of work experience.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop IT skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
