Technical Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

ERGON S.A. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering projects across water supply, irrigation, sewage and industrial sectors. The role involves overseeing projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery while ensuring technical quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor technical execution, quality, documentation and project progress.
• Research market, assess suppliers and develop supplier relationships.
• Review and translate international standards and technical specifications.
• Support tender participation and prepare high‑quality technical documentation.
• Collect, evaluate and organize technical files and project documentation.
• Provide technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, clients, contractors and internal teams.

Required profile

• University or TEI degree in Engineering.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or other 3D CAD software).
• SolidWorks.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Windows operating system proficiency.
