Team Leader - Supply Chain Software

About the role

ENTERSOFTONE is seeking a motivated Team Leader to drive the delivery, implementation and optimisation of its Warehouse Management System (WMS) for partners and customers. The role combines technical oversight with people leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and high partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of WMS consultants, ensuring high‑quality project delivery and continuous development.
• Manage the end‑to‑end implementation, support and optimisation of ENTERSOFTONE WMS, including configuration, testing, go‑live activities and post‑production support.
• Analyse warehouse operations and business processes to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and activities to meet delivery targets.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers, partners and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with ENTERSOFTONE WMS or other warehouse management solutions.
• Proven experience leading teams, projects or implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
