Supply Planner

About the role

Azelis is seeking a proactive and self‑motivated Supply Planner to join its international team. You will be responsible for developing purchasing strategies, managing stock policies, and ensuring optimal working capital while supporting high‑level customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define procurement strategies aligned with market dynamics, commercial policies, and principal specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, product managers, and supply‑chain administrators to improve forecasting accuracy and master planning.
• Execute replenishments, maximise stock availability, and minimise product cost while reducing Net Working Capital.
• Prioritise internal sourcing through local entities and coordinate destocking actions.
• Monitor market trends, principal supply consistency, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Provide purchase forecasts to principals, ensure purchase order alignment, and reconcile stock deviations.
• Maintain accurate product and principal data in ERP systems and support new product setups.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and sales data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with commercial, sales and product teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on stock optimisation and working‑capital efficiency.
