Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, analytical Supply Chain Specialist to join our global consumer electronics and home appliances leader. You will turn data into actionable insights, support system setups, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise demand and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Central Planning Team, providing weekly demand forecasts, market trends and serving as backup for the Demand Planner.
• Manage Phase‑In/Phase‑Out (PIPO) activities for new product introductions and discontinuations, minimising inventory risk.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy by tracking KPIs, analysing variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present planning reports and performance analyses for operational and strategic decisions.
• Oversee SKU and Customer master data creation and maintain system integrity.
• Administer user accounts and configurations on critical platforms such as EDI, TP2 and Archer.
• Support strategic projects, business tenders and verify secondary freight and warehousing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of operational experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Supply Planning, preferably in electrical appliances, consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for collaboration with multinational teams.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/PP/SD modules)
• Experience with enterprise demand planning software
• Familiarity with EDI systems
• Knowledge of TP2 platform
• Knowledge of Archer platform
