Supply Chain & Operations Consultant

About the role

EY Greece is seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Operations Consultant to join its Business Consulting team. You will work on cross‑industry projects, supporting clients in Greece and abroad to improve operational excellence, resilience and sustainability through data‑driven insights and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse data using AI tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, interview stakeholders and document business requirements.
• Develop and redesign end‑to‑end processes in logistics, manufacturing, planning and procurement.
• Gather benchmarks and best practices from EY’s global network to define future‑state performance targets.
• Design and model innovative operational scenarios in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Support clients in implementing new supply‑chain solutions and monitoring results.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with curiosity and a desire to build a consulting career.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis and AI‑enabled tools (as mentioned in the posting).
