About the role
The Study Group Supervisor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging extracurricular programmes that enrich student learning and wellbeing. Working within the school community, the role ensures activities are safe, inclusive and aligned with the school’s educational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a variety of extracurricular activities that stimulate creativity and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student participation and gather feedback to continuously improve programmes.
- Collaborate with teachers, external providers and community partners to coordinate resources and schedules.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and promote inclusion for every student.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in planning and executing student activities or similar programmes.
- A degree in education, recreation, or a related field.
Required skills
- Creativity and innovation in programme design.
- Strong organisational and instructional abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
