Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project environments, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure the created scenarios align with training objectives and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy data.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and defending them under uncertainty.

• None specific technical skills are required; you will be onboarded on lightweight tools used for scenario creation and evaluation.
