Storekeeper & Logistics Officer – Aviation

About the role

HELION Helicopters is seeking a Storekeeper & Logistics Officer to support its helicopter maintenance operations in Athens. The role combines inventory control, material handling, and coordination with suppliers to keep the fleet mission‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue aircraft parts, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material traceability.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Support Maintenance, CAMO, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee material availability.
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
• Contribute to Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, stores, or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good working proficiency in English.
• Aviation or helicopter‑maintenance background is a strong advantage.
• Forklift licence or relevant experience is a plus.
