Storekeeper

About the role

F ZEEN ATHENS, a luxury adults‑only retreat in the historic centre of Athens, is looking for a Storekeeper to manage inventory for its various hotel departments. You will ensure that all supplies are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, supporting the seamless operation of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch orders for hotel departments such as Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, and others.
• Receive, inspect, and sign delivery notes for all incoming stock.
• Unpack products, arrange them on shelves, and record internal stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, safe, and well‑organized storage areas.
• Report any breakages, damages, or spillages promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, and other hotel teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Experience using an ERP system for stock tracking.
