Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager for its McArthur Designer Outlet in Spata. The successful candidate supports the team in daily operations, ensures the store delivers exceptional service and meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store's daily operations and overall management
• Lead and motivate the sales team to reach sales goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
• Maintain product displays, signage and merchandising standards
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock replenishment and orders
• Carry out regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• University diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
