STEM Educator & Project Manager

About the role

SciCo is seeking a passionate STEM Educator & Project Manager to design and deliver innovative STEM workshops, create learning materials, and support teachers across Greece and Europe. The role blends hands‑on educational design with project coordination in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and deliver STEM workshops and educational events for students and teachers.
• Develop project‑based learning materials, tools and guides.
• Train and mentor teachers to implement SciCo’s programmes effectively.
• Monitor trends in STEM education and integrate innovative practices.
• Collaborate with academic advisors, teachers and the wider SciCo network.
• Initiate new programmes that align with SciCo’s vision for STEM outreach.

Required profile

• Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field.
• Teaching experience with children and/or adults (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
