Spanish Speaking Sales Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish‑English Sales Support Agent to join a fast‑growing international customer‑solutions provider. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking clients, helping them navigate product offerings, process orders, and resolve inquiries while contributing to a seamless sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and web‑forms for Spanish‑speaking customers and partners.
• Provide accurate product information, process orders, and support account management.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Offer feedback to improve internal workflows and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (C1 level or higher) and strong English (C1).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a BPO environment.
• Experience serving international customers, preferably in the US or European markets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Positive attitude toward change and continuous learning.

• Familiarity with order‑management and communication tools.
• Comfort using digital applications for customer interaction.
