Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Rep – Hospitality (Athens, then Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Slovak‑speaking Customer Support Representative for an international hospitality client. This entry‑level position offers a fully paid training program, a three‑month onsite period in Athens followed by the possibility to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email and chat.
• Assist guests with reservations, booking changes and general inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, professional and customer‑focused solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions correctly in internal systems.
• Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent Slovak (C1 level) and English at B2 level.
• Strong communication abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and flexibility to work shifts if needed.
• No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided.
