Showroom Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our high‑end furniture showroom in Alimos, Athens. The role combines leadership, client interaction and a passion for premium interior design, supporting both sales and design teams to grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales and design teams in their daily activities.
• Prepare client presentations, quotations and project material as needed.
• Maintain the showroom to the highest professional and aesthetic standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day organisation and smooth operation of the showroom.
• Communicate with international brand representatives and arrange showroom visits and brand‑related events.
• Identify and develop opportunities to promote the showroom and its brands in the Greek market.
• Generate leads, build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and hospitality professionals.
• Monitor market activity and support marketing, PR and promotional initiatives.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, partners and brand representatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in showroom, retail, sales, design or team management, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of high‑end designer furniture and interiors.
• Good knowledge of iconic furniture designs and their designers.
• Genuine interest in contemporary design, architecture and the international design industry.
• Understanding of marketing, PR and business development.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and generate new leads.
• Professional, confident and client‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
