Shift Lead – Grocery Store Operations

About the role

Wolt is looking for a motivated Shift Lead to join its Grocery Store Operations team in Glyfada. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly, meets daily KPIs and delivers high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve daily store KPIs.
• Maintain smooth store operations and assume full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
• Resolve operational issues and provide support to the team as needed.
• Monitor workload, handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient team performance.
• Gather and discuss feedback to continuously improve processes.
• Participate actively in developing store procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees.

Required profile

• Previous experience in grocery or retail, preferably as a Shift Lead.
• Energetic, service‑oriented, quick learner capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts from 07:00 to 00:00, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good command of English for daily communication.
