Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Antipollution, a leading environmental services provider, is seeking a Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join its Technology & Innovation Department. You will be responsible for the design, operation and continuous improvement of the Group’s IT infrastructure, cloud environment and security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure and on‑premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers, virtual machines, storage and core services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Support and troubleshoot corporate networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, firewall).
• Ensure infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity in line with ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents and coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, configurations and technical procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Provide first‑level support and assist with new‑site deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
