Senior Softone ERP Consultant / Project Manager

About the role

RDC Informatics is looking for a Senior Softone ERP Consultant / Project Manager to lead ERP implementations for its clients in Athens. The role combines consulting, system customization, user training, and full‑cycle project management to ensure successful deployments of Softone ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business needs and design tailored Softone ERP solutions.
• Deliver consulting, implementation, and technical support for ERP/CRM projects.
• Customize and optimise the ERP system to meet specific client requirements.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle: planning, milestones, resources, risk mitigation, and change control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, go‑live planning, project closure and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Oversee ERP configuration and customization, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party partners.
• Identify opportunities for business‑process improvements and additional client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations, preferably with Softone ERP.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and guide cross‑functional teams.
