Senior Security Engineer (Software Security)

About the role

As a Senior Security Engineer at Isovalent, you will embed industry‑leading security practices throughout the software development lifecycle. You will design, deploy, and fine‑tune tools that detect vulnerabilities, ensuring the most valuable signals are prioritized for remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and maintain security scanning pipelines using SAST, DAST, cloud security scanners, and LLM‑based analysis.
• Tri­age findings from multiple sources, assess risk, and communicate clear remediation guidance to development teams.
• Automate security processes with Go, Python, Bash, and IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Continuously improve security metrics, processes, and documentation to align with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in information security with deep knowledge of Linux security concepts.
• Proven experience leading security projects from design through delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
