Senior Sales Clinical Account Specialist – Biosense Webster

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Sales Clinical Account Specialist for its Biosense Webster portfolio in the South Greece region. Based in Athens, you will provide clinical support to electrophysiology physicians and drive sales of advanced cardiac mapping solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during electrophysiology procedures using Biosense Webster products.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for the BW product line.
• Deliver training, product demonstrations, workshops and hands‑on sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Service) to address customer needs.
• Gather feedback on promotional programs, workflow changes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in the interventional cardiology device field.
• Strong technical understanding of electrophysiology and cardiac devices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Greek and English.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
