Senior .NET Software Engineer (Athens/Patras)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join its Technology Consulting practice in Greece, working from either Athens or Patras. You will contribute to client engagements and internal projects, supervising junior team members while delivering high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Object‑Oriented design, common design patterns (DI, Repository, Service, Mediator) and SOLID principles in development.
• Develop applications using the .NET Framework and C# (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework/Dapper).
• Design and query relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Use version control systems, with a focus on Git, to manage source code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (and preferably master’s) degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Additional experience with Azure cloud, DevOps practices, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
