Senior MEP Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Are you an experienced Senior MEP Site Manager looking for your next career step within a leading construction company executing high‑profile public and private building projects? Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily on‑site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations for major public and private building projects, ensuring strict adherence to approved technical designs, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, structural engineers, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building construction.
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate MEP subcontractors and site technical personnel to ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and testing to verify correct installations, troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues on‑site.
• Oversee material and equipment procurement, verifying technical submittals, quality compliance, and timely delivery to site.
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for internal management and external public or private stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Polytechnic / University level).
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar position, specializing in MEP site management for public and private building projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of MEP building codes, regulations, and quality standards for both public and private sector projects.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
