Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

ERGON is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and amplify its diverse portfolio of hospitality, food, retail and experiential concepts across multiple continents. Based in Athens, you will own the brand narrative and drive integrated campaigns that showcase the unique spirit of ERGON.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for hospitality projects in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
• Lead brand positioning and go‑to‑market plans for premium Greek food products in global markets.
• Oversee marketing for retail concepts such as ERGON Originals, ERGON Agoras and the 72H Bakery.
• Coordinate storytelling and promotional activities for specialty venues like the Balboa speakeasy and the ERGON cookbook.
• Collaborate with design, PR and digital teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or FMCG.
• Global mindset with a strong appreciation for local cultural nuances.
• Proven track record of building integrated campaigns across digital, PR and physical environments.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
