Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships (B2B)

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships (B2B) to strengthen key business relationships with strategic partners such as Booking.com. Based in Athens, you will shape high‑impact B2B partnerships, resolve escalations strategically, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key B2B partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Sales and other teams to plan integrations, align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Act as the primary CS stakeholder for new partner initiatives, ensuring service milestones are met.
• Lead end‑to‑end integration of new B2B partners, guaranteeing operational readiness and scalability.
• Represent the company in strategic partner meetings, quarterly business reviews and executive‑level discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement across partner operations, focusing on efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor cross‑functional performance, ensuring strategic milestones, KPIs and contract items are achieved.
• Provide clear performance expectations, mentor managers and specialists, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Leverage performance data to shape strategy, identify process automation opportunities and generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, operations or customer strategy within travel, tech, e‑commerce or a similar fast‑paced industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior external partners or enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop large teams.
• Experience analysing KPIs and data to drive decisions.
