Senior Consultant / Manager – EU Institutions & Public Organizations

About the role

Join a multidisciplinary team that partners with European Institutions, international financial bodies, national governments and public sector organisations to design and deliver high‑impact solutions across Europe. Based in Athens, you will work closely with colleagues across the PwC network to translate EU strategies into concrete reforms and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workstreams and consulting assignments for EU institutions and public sector clients.
• Lead and coach small multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare competitive tenders and proposals for strategic consulting opportunities across Europe.
• Develop methodologies, analytical frameworks, governance models and implementation approaches.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize evidence and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, facilitate discussions and support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts across Europe to create innovative solutions.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably in public sector or EU‑related projects.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, European‑wide environment.
