About the role
We are looking for a skilled Security Services Coordinator to ensure a secure and safe workplace for our clients' personnel and facilities. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, resolving issues, and supervising security services to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect security services at client premises.
- Manage and train security guards and subcontractors.
- Handle client requests and issues.
- Schedule and monitor tasks and rolling programs for security staff.
- Conduct facility assessments to define security schedules and programs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Security Supervisor.
- Active Security license.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Human‑centric approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, pleasant personality with team spirit.
