Sales Executive

About the role

Orizontes Estate is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to drive revenue for its modern event venue in Koropi, near Athens. The role is on‑site and focuses on acquiring new clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients for events and corporate functions.
• Deliver sales presentations and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Track sales performance and report to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organized.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of event planning and current industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
