Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join ARKAS Logistics in Piraeus. The role focuses on driving new business and expanding existing accounts within the logistics and transportation sector, promoting our full range of transit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research customer segments, share insights with the Sales Manager, and identify potential new business.
• Prepare and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and grow accounts.
• Conduct visits to potential and existing customers and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Grow revenue from existing customers by promoting the full range of ARKAS Logistics services.
• Build strong professional relationships with decision‑makers and key contacts.
• Generate new business by following up on leads and quotations, converting prospects into regular customers.
• Maintain an updated prospects list and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other teams.
• Attend performance review meetings, share updates, and align on opportunities.
• Record all customer communications and opportunities in the ORIAN system.
• Produce offers, weekly reports, customer visit plans, and pipeline updates while ensuring compliance with commercial processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
• Proven personal track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong organisational awareness of company structure, products and services.
• Extensive product and market sector knowledge.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.
